I looked into the dogs mouth and saw a puppy inside her belly. I thought she had eaten it, but in fact she was giving birth, right there where the street breaks into a path that leads to our house. I saw her becoming two dogs in labour, she had a head on each end and was looking straight at me with one, while the puppy was coming out the mouth of the other. i walked on, but i kept looking back at them. as soon as he was born, they started running after me, and the puppy jumped up and bit my sleeve playfully, but i was kinda scared regardless. she was a scabby looking dog, but they were beautiful. and i walked on, with the two of them following me.
